Returns & exchanges
We want your player in kit that fits. Here's how returns work on made-to-order gear.
Unpersonalized items
- Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Email us first and we'll send return instructions — please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
Personalized items
- Anything printed with a name, number, or initials can't be resold, so it can't be returned for a change of mind or a size change.
- Double-check the spelling and number on the preview before you add it to your bag — the preview shows exactly what gets printed.
If something's wrong
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — including a misprinted name or number that doesn't match your order — we'll replace it at no cost. That applies to personalized items too.
- Email store@sodacityfc.app within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
Who you're dealing with
- Soda City FC handles every order question, return, and complaint directly. You'll always be talking to someone at the club, not a third party.
