Shipping & delivery
Everything in the team store is made for your order rather than pulled off a shelf, so timing works a little differently than a big-box retailer.
How long it takes
- Standard items ship within 5–7 business days of your order.
- Personalized items — anything with a name, number, or initials — take a few days longer, usually 7–10 business days, because they're produced specifically for you.
- You'll get an email with carrier and tracking the moment your order ships.
What shipping costs
- Standard shipping is $6.95.
- Orders over $75.00 ship free — your bag shows how close you are.
- We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Ordering for a season deadline
- If your player needs kit by a specific date — first practice, a tournament, picture day — order at least three weeks ahead, and email us so we can flag it.
