Common questions
I can't sign in to the club app.
Use the email address you registered with, and try the password reset on the sign-in page. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I register my player?
Create a family account at sodacityfc.app, then open Me → Register a player. Evaluations, programs, and team invitations all appear there.
How do payments work?
When you accept a team invitation you choose a payment plan — pay in full ($100 discount), two installments, or monthly. Your card is charged automatically on each due date and you get an emailed receipt for every payment. Team fees (tournaments, uniforms) show up on your Me page with a Pay button.
I'm not getting notifications.
Open the club app, go to the Me tab, and turn on Notifications. On iPhone, also check Settings → Notifications. Practice and game reminders arrive the evening before.
How do I get the team schedule on my calendar?
Open your team's page in the app and tap 📅 Subscribe — every practice and game syncs to your phone's calendar automatically, including new ones the coach adds later.
How do I delete my account or my child's information?
Email support@sodacityfc.app from the address on your account and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
