Terms of Use

Soda City FC is a youth soccer club serving the Columbia and Lexington, South Carolina area. These terms cover our website (sodacitysoccerfc.com) and club app (sodacityfc.app).

Club app accounts are for club families, players, coaches, and staff. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in private and for what happens under your account. Player profiles for minors must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

The app exists to run a youth sports club. Don't use it to harass, bully, or threaten anyone; to share content that doesn't belong in a youth sports environment; or to attempt to access other families' information. The club may suspend accounts that violate these rules. All in-app communications are accessible to club administration as a child-safety measure — see our Privacy Policy.

Registration and team fees are set by the club and shown before you commit. Payment plans (including automatic charges to a saved card on scheduled due dates) are disclosed at acceptance and confirmed by emailed receipt. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for club fees are handled per club policy — contact support@sodacityfc.app and we'll work with you.

The website and app are provided as-is; we work hard to keep them accurate and available but can't guarantee either. Nothing here limits rights you have under South Carolina or federal law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. If we make meaningful changes, we'll notify club families first.
